Where does an Organ scammer belong ?

New here, and wondering which "Specific Scam" I should be posting in ?
I have a particular interest in scammers selling and buying kidneys (and other organs)

I saw a post in here where someone said "supply evidence, or post will be removed"
I understand need to keep out "personal revenge" type stuff, but how much evidence is enough ?

Sorry it's a big question...

bad spelling, gmail accounts instead of authentic domains, obvious <to some> nonsense
- none of which is really "evidence" ?
I do a little research before I cry wolf.
