Just have a question

I am talking to someone that's says he is in the military. We have been talking awhile. He has never asked for money but recently has asked if I would sign a leave form for him. I have talked to a lot of scammers but have never heard this one before. Help

You are talking to a scammer. A real soldier would apply for leave himself through the chain of command. No one outside of the military can request leave on behalf of a soldier.
The best thing to do now is to stop all contact with this criminal without telling him that you know it is a scam. Just ignore all messages from hin.
