Doing what's correct

Hi, thank you people for letting me into the community. I'm a professional working in the logistics industry. As you can imagine, we deal with hundreds of emails that come through. I need to find out, from time to time, which email is relevant but who reflects a risk, if it's a scam email. How can I do that here?
