and pasted the header into the blank window, then submitted for analysis. Scrolling down, I found "Nigeria".

This method does not always work, it depends on the way scammers send their emails and on their email provider. So even if this tool says "USA" your scammer might still be somewhere else. However, if it says Nigeria or Malaysia, you are being targeted by a scammer.

The email you posted is definitely a scam. The email was definitely not written by a British author-the mistakes tell me that the author is African.

In addition, travel agents cannot arrange visas for people. In order to get a visa, you would have to go apply through the UK border agency yourself--and you would have to go to the British embassy in person.
