This could be a very big fraud because they want real passports and infornmations.

You are right, this looks like the usual "employment / pay for a visa" scam combined with a shameless fishing for real documents to be sold and used in even bigger crimes.

Of course, passports remain property of the issuing authority, but a person desperate for a job might disregard this.

Having a physical address is unusual and a risky, as employment scams don't need it. I wonder if it's unconnected, and the scammer pretends to have received the documents hoping to get money out of the victim before he wonders what has happened to them.
This sounds familiar. I've come across something very similar before, but I can't remember where. A search on Scamwarners comes up blank.
