Students beware of danger!!!!!
you can rent my apartment for as long or short as you want because presently am in UK i was just been transferred by my company last week down here to work that's why am renting out my apartment you can go to my apartment address and see it just that you wont gain full entrance into the apartment because its locked and am here with the keys that's why i sent you my apartment pics i took before i traveled so that you can have an idea of how the inside looks like...presently nobody is inside you will be living in my apartment alone they are all private use to you alone....
If you notice, you will discover that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the absolute care for the property.my apartment Fully Furnished and well decorated.. there is washing machine and a towels
i do normally make use of an agent or friends but due to the way they cheat on my tenants that's the reason why i decided to travel with my keys.....

Thanks for the interest you have in my flat. My flat is still available for rent and you can rent my flat as long as you pay your rent at when due. Here are the necessary things you need to know about the rent and deposit.
Rent : 385 Euro per Month
Security Deposit: 500 Euro (returnable at the end of 2 month stay in my flat)
Utility bills inclusive ( water, electricity,internet connection,water available,washing machine microwave oven,fridge,gas)
The apartment is located at Monnikenstraat 25, 1012 BP Amsterdam, Netherlands and it is close to its metro station,my apartment is spacious, it is about 60sqm in size and a room is about 30sqm. there are restaurant and public transport all around and it's 8mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area in Netherlands.
However, my Apartment is fully furnished in and out with all necessary house use. At this stage that you want to rent my flat, i need to know some few question about you. Can you take care of my flat as it is? How many months do you intend to rent and pay for?
