My boyfriend just applied for a loan. When he spoke with them they said that they needed collateral, which he did not have. They said that he is able to make the first months payment to them and then receive the money 24 hours later. They said if he wanted to do it that way he would need to send a check. I do not know if anyone has been scammed by this company, I looked them up and have not found anything about anyone being scammed by them. Please help we are getting this loan so we can pay our mortage.

Please post up the emails from these people, include the email address (but not yours) and one of us can take a further look.
Do not pay anything until one of our team has investigated.

I know that you are in a hurry but things don't always happen instantaneously.
Any loan company would know that too. ;)

Welcome to ScamWarners .

The website was created this month and only registered for a year. That is a classic sign of a scam.

I would really encourage you to look for loans from companies that are regulated in your state. Finding people who say they will lend you money for an upfront fee are not in most cases legitimate. I recommend that you check into any "lender" who is referred to you by loancity.com.
