stopping sites

Hi, i run Spybot Search and Destroy a free use full prog.
After running this tool it lists known sites, i then write these sites down, the spybot has a fix it now option to delete the cookies ect:
But if ind it very use full to do these, after getting the sites i have wrote down from spybot , i then go to tools on Internet Explorer / Internet Options /Privacy / Sites, then type in the site i want to block and use the Block button, this then adds the sites to the Blocked list.
Doing this, if find that when using spy bot again it makes it`s job easier.

Thanks I use Spybot too, it really cleans things that your normal virus ware may miss. I never thought about adding sites to the block list. Nice tip.
