Think I am being scammed by a Henry Moore

Our company recently started selling equipment online and a guy by the name of Henry Moore contacted me to purchase an item we dont even sell. after informing him we do not sell what he was looking for he wanted to purchase a pedal boat from us--which we do sell. He told me that he is currently overseas and would need the boat shipped to the states (we are in Ontario Canada). He said he was at his daughters wedding and when he returns "home" he will send me over the M/C info but he will need ME to wire his "shipper" a thousand which he will include on top of the amount. I offerd to have the boat shipped direct to him but he refused and said he has had issues in the past and will only use his trusted shipper. I have been reading about a new type of paypal scam where thry reverse the charges as soon as they are sent or alternativly, fake paypal reciepts being sent out. I am almost 99% sure I am being scammed.
First reason, he can buy the boats cheaper in the states than from me.
He would pay less shipping if he bought from where he live than from lil old me, thousands of miles way.
He says his shipper is not set up to accept Visa/Master card but like, whatever, what shipper does not accept Visa/ Master. I don't mean to look like a fool but if he were to sent me the money via paypal, would he be able to take it back or what is the deal...if I recieve the funds and put them into my bank account how can he get it back? what do I do? Any help on this topic would be great as he is still emailing me and I want to see what my options are and the safest way to rid myself of this vermon and to protect myself better in the future

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HE SENT TO ME ,first off he wanted to buy a yaught, then he went to pedal boats without ever have even beemn on our website to view one. I just realized after joining this group or whatever you call it that there is tonns of spelling errors and should have known earlier that something fishy was going on.

I am sorry for the late in response.I went for my daughter wedding in Ireland and i will be back in the states by next week Wednesday. I will also send the billing information and shipping agent information so that you can send the $1,000 to him once you charge my card.

Hope you are doing great i will be in the states by friday.Also concerning shipment i have problems with products company in the past and that is the reason why i have been making use of my shipper for the past 5 years.He is reliable very fast in delivering.Once i get back to the states i will send my card details to you for you to charge it and send the the $1,000 to him via western union.
