is this a scam???

First of all, thanks you, thanks you very much! I discoverded this profile when I was a young and naive little girl looking for an au pair family. If I hadn't finded out your site copying and pasting the website of the "family" on google I would have payed a lot of money to many nigerian scammers!
So really, many thanks!
Now, I got an email from a UK family, always about an au pair job, and I can't find out if it is scam or not.
Here it is.

Yes, it is a scam. The money offered is totally wrong for an au pair in the UK.
