I registered a few days on this site and have a question about the PM function. I wrote a PM to a Mod/Admin 2 days ago and it is still sitting in the Outbox. What causes this? Thank you.

If a pm is in outbox, it means the recipient has not opened it yet. The person may be temporarily inactive, or just have their hands full at the moment.
