I have bee corresponding with this person for 7 months. I have sent him $4000.00 . I quit sending him money
by August. Now he wants me to open up an account on a on-line banking systemand wants to transfer money into the account and then i will send it to him via Money Order.
The name he uses is : Huynh Chung or Chino Chung. He says he was born in China grew up in England and has a engineering degree. And has given me many details about him self. However, the picture he used actually belongs to a man name Huang Huynh. Born in Vietnam. All the information he gave me was fictious. I have his pictures he sent and e-mail he sent. how do i upload his photos and e-mail headers?
