Claims to be from Chicago, but has 3 different posts from California, New York and Massachusetts
Say he's a contractor and in Qatar for a 3 month contract.
ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY!!

I have been talking to Randy Cleo for almost a year. He is good at what he does. I have given him money. I am such a fool for believing his lies. I refuse to give him anymore money. He makes me feel guilty for not helping him.

Please post the email addresses and sample emails and any photos that he uses.

This will help others avoid becoming victims of him.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
