This message was sent from some ADSL connection at tm.com.my, which is in KL, which is surrounded by Selangor. But it was not sent through the mailserver of qualityservice.com, which is not the bank's domain, which has been killed. Real businesses, except some tiny ones, have their own domains and use them for email as well as websites.
