I will be making arrangements for a friend to visit their claimed premises at "144 Maidstone Road Sidcup" to view one of the machines that dumb scammer Zafar Mirza claims to have in his possession.

I'll wait for the idiot's excuse as to why this won't be possible :laugh-s:

Oh undoubtedly so Alan. He appears to be working well outside the operating range of his functional IQ, and that's so much politer than the abusive language he resorts to.

… and there's more  a lot more actually, but I won't mention every mistake but here's one to add to the pot

https://www.zafar-industrial-machinery.co.uk/10reasons.html

Zafar-Industrial-Machinery LTD are all regulated by the FSA which means there is an established complaint procedure should you be unhappy with the dealer.

Setting aside the company's fundamental problem in coping with plurals, it would be a clever trick to be regulated by the FSA as they no longer exist. However, the FSA (when they existed), and the FCA who now undertake their role both require registrants to include their registration details on their websites.

In these uncertain economic times we are also able to offer other protection such as protection against redundancy and also insurance programmes to make sure that if you machine was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, you would be able to drive away in one at least as good.

Insurance AND PPI ? Oh dear.

Oh I see, he's just nicked the whole page without changing anything. :=)

That explains why he's offering MoT's on vehicles, many of which don't require an MoT.

It's hilariously bad :laugh-s:

I also note that he used a company formations business to set up the company and they won't like what he's doing.

Unsurprisingly, my friend who visited Zafar Industrial Machinery Ltd's claimed address in Sidcup yesterday afternoon (when their website says they are open) found the place locked up and no sign of any plant machinery such as those Zafar claim to have for sale.

And in yet more bad news, it appears that Zaffy's stupidity, along with all the publicity he has generated for himself is costing him victims (and the chance to steal £20,000+ from one of them). Here is an exchange of emails he had with one victim that provides more evidence that the machines he is "selling" do not exist.

[email protected] wrote:If you really are a real customer, we can decrease the price to £20,000 ( + VAT ).

If you want, we can resend an invoice to you for £20,000 and you will pay the VAT yourself.

Let us know if you really are a genuine buyer.

Thank you,

The victim mentioned that having done some research on the company, he was concerned that this is a scam and that Zafar doesn't actually have the machines he is selling. Here is Zaffy's rather surprising reply.

[email protected] wrote:How about £20,000 in CASH, and you come and collect the Tractor yourself. Does this work for you?

I don't like to think what Zaffy's plan was trying to lure someone to a strange city with a large amount of cash to view a non-existent machine.

The victim said that he wasn't prepared to travel without proof that the machine existed and asked for evidence the machind existed and also asked where it was located.

Surprise, surprise, not 15 minutes after dumb Zaffy offered to sell it for cash, he's sold it to someone else and taken a deposit and is banning the customer from buying anything else from him.

[email protected] wrote:I'm sorry to inform you that we have another buyer for this 2011 CATERPILLAR 428E , and we've already received 30% deposit from the total value.

You can consider the 2011 CATERPILLAR 428E as being already sold.

Do not even try to submit another order with us, because it will be automatically declined.

Get your tractor from someone else.

Goodbye .

Dumb old Zaffy then shows his true scammer form with insults and threats to report the customer.

[email protected] wrote:We invite you to our address to make the deal with cash. Fuck off liar !

You never wanted to buy our tractor.... don't even try to purchase something from our website !!!!

SCREW YOU !

Here is the bank account that the scammer Zafar Mirza gives to his victims to transfer the money that he is stealing from them to

And an interesting quote from one of Zaffy's mails

Zafar Industrial Machinery LTD ® Transport & Escrow Solutions For The Future

The transaction under Zafar Industrial Machinery LTD ® market has started today, date: 09/02/2015. Our services will act as a Seller between Zafar Industrial Machinery LTD and XXX

He doesn't appear to be properly regulated to offer escrow services (no surprise there as everything else he says and writes is either stolen or made up.

Then there is his claim that he is acting as a seller between himself and the customer - he clearly doesn't have a clue what half the stuff he writes actually means.

ic3

That would be rather bizarre, to report himself to an American FBI connected law enforcement body dealing in internet crime.

Making an order that doesn't go through due to the unwillingness of the seller to agree to perfectly reasonable requests is not an offence, but what he is doing most certainly is.

Looking at all the ad sites where he has registered as a vendor he has variously claimed to be located in Aberdeen, Cambridge, Bedfordshire, London and - wait for it - Mexico. :laugh-s:

From his email may I presume that he is offering to act as escrow agent for his own sales ? :yikes:

He is what is known as a complete 'plonker'. I've met budgerigars with more sense.

Your IP address will be forwarded to an IC3 complain for false purchase request.

Ignoring the completely bizarre claim that IC3 would have anything to do with a UK company, the whole threat is ludicrous. Maybe in his vivid imagination, 'false purchase request' is some kind of crime--but here in the real world, it is perfectly legal to make inquiries about items for sale, whether or not you are committed to buying them. Since he could not physically inspect the item himself, his would-be victim had every right (and reason, since obviously this person had found the thread here) to request sufficient information/evidence to establish that he would receive the promised item.

Of course I'm thinking that zaffy is so paranoid at this point that he mistook a legitimate potential buyer for Alan Jones, and he made up the 'in-person' offer because he believed that Alan is in the United States and could not take him up on his offer.

Poor Zaffy seems to be having a hard time of it. I guess that's because in the absence of research or information about others, we humans often assume that others are like us. So when someone is a liar and a thief himself, he assumes that everyone around him must be a liar and a thief as well.

Is the lettering they've used on the rolling banner on the 'home' page something new ?

It looks more suited to a play school than a serious commercial site and the colours used are hideous - an eye gouging lime green, and dark blue which camouflages nicely into the dark background. If it isn't bad enough that the script appears to have been designed by the 'tree people', sections of it are cut off to make it unreadable.

One banner script looks as if it reads "Call us toddy".

Okay 'toddy'. :=)

It's interesting to note that they have 240 items of machinery for sale on

http://trucks-sale.co.uk/go-i-supplier-i-supplierID-i-1833

That would be an incredible amount of stock to hold, even for a manufacturer.
