Looking on whoisology, the domain usedmachinesplus.com looks like it has changed hands recently and has also gone from being a parked site to a fully functioning one (based on the waybackmachine).

P & T Machinery Ltd is a long standing, legitimate company whose ID has been stolen and they are not involved in the scam. A look at the financials of the company indicates that they are not the type of business that would be selling plant machinery with prices in the £25,000+ range.

ETA looks like the geographic number is a VoIP as well.
