What is the Inspection Period?
The Inspection Period is the amount of time given to the Tenant to examine the apartment. The Inspection Period begins at 12:01 on the working day (Monday - Friday) after the Keys have been received and continues for the number of working days agreed on by the Tenant and Landlord. The Day the package with the access keys and rental agreement are received is established according to the consignment date indicated by the courier or the transport company.
What if the Tenant does not like the apartment?
The Tenant has the Inspection Period (a length of time agreed to by both parties) to accept the apartment. If dissatisfied, the Tenant must return the package with the access keys and rental agreement to the Landlord. Once the Landlord has received the package, Skrill.com will release the funds back to the Tenant. In any case, on return, the Landlord is responsible for Skrill.com fees and return shipping fees.
