We want to inform you that our Terms and Conditions changed regarding transactions in Canada and an extra deposit of 1000$CAD is requested as safety deposit.

In the past few months we had problems with a lot of Rental Transactions from Canada. The reason, in the 5 days inspection period some potential tenants caused big damages or they had stole from the apartments. We are not saying that this could be the case in this transaction, but as a matter of caution, our Board of Directors changed the Terms and Conditions regarding transaction in Canada to discourage the kind of behavior described above. THE DECISION WAS TAKEN YESTERDAY 14/09/2015 BY OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND IT APPLIES IMMEDIATELY TO ALL TRANSACTION FROM CANADA. WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS DECISION AT THE MOMENT WE STARTED THE TRANSACTION, THIS IS THE REASON WHY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TOLD ABOUT THIS.

From now on we will need to receive an deposit of first month rent + damage deposit (1000$CAD). PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DEPOSIT OF 1000$CAD IS REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 5 DAYS INSPECTION PERIOD.

Also we want to inform you that we received your deposit and we made the shipping of the rental package.
