1. The seller/owner part brings the package to our office;
2. Our RENTAL DEPARTMENT cheks the documents and the owner
3. The buyer/tenant part will be notified that the package is available for payment.
4. The buyer/tenant part will receive a transaction confirmation from TransUnion.SmartMove .
5. The buyer/tenant part must transfer the payment to the TransUnion.SmartMove company by MoneyGram wire transfer.
6. The buyer/tenant part will be notified via email with our company agent's name and address where he must deposit the money.
7. The buyer/tenant part gets the package to his address.
8. The buyer/tenant part inspects the items received (5 days inspection period).
9. If the buyer/tenant part is satisfied with the package content, he/she must send an email to
[email protected] to confirm and the transaction will be finished. If the buyer/tenant part is not satisfied with the package content, he/she can return the package for a full payment refund.
10. TransUnion.SmartMove company will transfer the money to the seller/owner part (if the buyer part accepts the package).
