Over the next three years through his work with mineral extraction and mining if diamonds, he identified a real opportunity within the mining industry to satisfy the need for specialized contract crushing services, leading to the founding of Crushing Services International. Subsequently, Devin and his business partners within DBI and Crushing Services International founded the mineral processing arm of Mineral Resources Limited, Process Minerals International Pty Ltd.
