had been bought but was not functional currently they contact me to develop but dabor

of discussed with you for if you want to remove the page.
I am at your disposal for any other information

THE FACTS

(1) A portion of the Fake Trade Ads, and the Emails are offering GOLD DUST for sale . IT IS ILLEGAL TO EXPORT GOLD DUST OUT OF THE COUNTRY OF MALI . That being said its Illegal and a Scam right out of the gate .

"Please note that it is illegal to export gold dust from Mali"

https://photos.state.gov/libraries/mali ... 0Exporting

%20Gold.pdf

(2) On or about the date of the original email, June 2016, gold was selling at $1298.00 an ounce and there are 32.15 ounces in a kilogram . Thats $41,730.00 . Why would someone sell a kg of gold via the internet for $22,000.00 to someone in another country when they can sell it in their own country for a few percentage points under the Spot Price? Common sense tells you they wouldn't. Its a scam to sell gold at 1/2 price .

(3) There are a plethora of ads on the free trade boards using various names, phone numbers, company details and location addresses. All of the ads are unverified users of these trade boards . This is typical for a 419 scam . There is no credible evidence outside of these Free / Unverified Trade Profiles that any of these entities exist .

(4) Researching the myriad of different names, contact phone numbers, email addresses and company details we find additional 419 scams as well additional fake ads that will post further down .

https://scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic ... 7&p=328764
https://scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic ... 59#p361659
https://scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic ... 58#p361658

(5) Some of the ads appear to be regular, run of the mill 419 advance fraud scams . Some of the ads appear not to be regular 419 scams:

"WE HAVE ABOUT 100KILO OF GOLD AVIALABLE FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE,We are not asking any buyers to any upfront money for the gold,All we need is for the buyer to come down to Bamako Mali"

https://momodu123.en.ec21.com/company_info.html

And appear to be a more nefarious scam . THEY WANT YOU TO COME TO MALI . Possibly a switchout scam or even a kidnapping for ransom scam .

(6) Researching here on the CIA World Fact Book Site we find that kidnapping for ransom is not uncommon in Mali . They have some pretty bad Hombre's there .

Mali "kidnappings for ransom"

https://www.cia.gov/library/publication ... os/ml.html

(7) And it thats not enough to convince you , consider the Australian that is lucky to be alive after being kidnapped , beaten and held for ransom in Mali in a Romance / Gold Scam :

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... Mali-gang-

internet-love-scam.html

A lonely Australian farmer was held hostage in Mali for 12 days in an internet bride

scam that almost cost him his life.

Des Gregor, 56, had travelled to Mali to meet his supposed bride, Natacha, whom he

had met on the internet, and collect a dowry of gold bars worth £40,000.
But when he arrived, the wheat and sheep farmer was kidnapped by a gang of armed

bandits who bound him, beat him with a machete and stole his cash and credit cards.

(8) And if your still not convinced and want to buy this gold , you can follow the official instructions on the US State Department Website . But they also have this warning posted .

https://photos.state.gov/libraries/mali ... 0Exporting

%20Gold.pdf

"Procedures for Exporting Gold

The Embassy cautions U.S. investors that importing gold from Mali is a high-risk

activity. Following the steps outlined below does not significantly reduce that risk.

The Embassy knows of numerous cases where gold was “switched out” just prior to being

loaded onto an airplane, or where Malian transporters absconded with advance fees

paid by the U.S. client. Please be advised that there is essentially no recourse for

recovering money as a result of a gold scam.

Recently many individuals have been involved in gold scams originating from several

countries in Africa, particularly from Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone, however

Mali is also involved.
Victims are often convinced of the authenticity of the scam by the use of forged or

false documents bearing the appearance of official government letterhead, seals, as

well as false official letters. The perpetrator may attempt to establish credibility

by arranging a meeting between the victim and “government officials” in what may

appear to be government offices."

@Stephane

(9) As far as I'm concerned your request / demands to have this thread removed are declined. I'm not deleting anything. This is an active ongoing scam evidenced by the additional fake profiles and information found . A SNOWBALL HAS A BETTER CHANCE IN HELL , than this post ever being removed. Your "customers" are just going have to remain annoyed . Thank you for posting here, your post will help warn potential victims of this FAKE GOLD SELLING SCAM .

Some of the contact details have googled up ads on a Petroleum Finder Website, but those ads appear to have been deleted by the website .

Guinea Scam Gold Deals .

Jonathan Ngolo, a 65-year-old retired lecturer from Kenya, tells the BBC how he was kidnapped and held hostage for one year and 16 days after being scammed in Guinea's capital, Conakry.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8315027.stm

He told me he was going to Guinea to set up an agreement with a Guinean mining company to supply his people in the US with 1,000kg of gold dust.

On arrival in Conakry, I came out of the arrivals, and the ones who were receiving me shouted my name and so I went to them. They said they were taking me to the company's guest house; what they called a villa.
But then when we got to the villa they told me they were arresting me under the terrorist act. The place they confined me in was a six-by-six room with no ventilation.

The ransom they wanted was $500,000. They used to say that I was not keen to ask for the bail money to save my life - because no-one was sending the money, and so, they tortured me.

Traditional gold panning is more than 20 tons per year and 2 million Malians live. This activity is exercised in conditions that today are problematic. These include: deaths of men, conflict, increased environmental degradation through the use of harmful chemicals (cyanide, mercury etc.) and the exploitation of children on these sites etc. A projection by the gold miners of about 10 minutes during this forum allowed to make an overview of the harmful consequences of this " rebel " sector ". This projection castigates in particular the inexperience of the young gold miners who, in a hurry to make money, dig at all costs without any real technique, the practice of gold panning during the wintering which was done after the harvests. The consequences of this last point in the long term is a famine in Mali. Omen the film.

The lack of know-how described in the film is according to mines minister Boubou Cissé, "the causes of multiple accidents ". The practice has literally changed according to the minister. For, the last 30 years of gold washing in Mali have more precarious the life of the workers themselves and populations more than the 1000 years that preceded. Concerned about the future of children and the environment that will be left to them, the minister will let know that it is time to regulate for good this activity for the benefit of all. It will therefore be a question of correcting the dysfunctions, putting in place good operational schemas to avoid conflicts. Strict compliance with the measures taken by the authorities, such as the interministerial decree prohibiting gold panning during the rainy season, will have to drastically reduce the number of deaths on the sites from which this forum has indicated. A forum in which no solution is favored in advance. It will be according to him, to find them together with the miners. Only then can everyone's interests be preserved.

In turn the Head of State HE Mr. Ibrahim Boubacar to indicate that the moment chosen for this forum is timely, because the negative consequences of gold panning on the environment and men are visible and widespread. Given the " ambient disorder " of gold panning sites, he urges him to organize this "rebel " sector . He drew attention to the dangers that lie ahead and to which the occupants of the sites are exposed, namely HIV / AIDS. , the Ebola virus, STDs, tuberculosis and the circulation of small arms on sites as they are invaded by people from countries that have just emerged from war. Vigilance must be advised.

Therefore, he invited the participants and the experts committed to find suitable solutions to make this sector, Before the end of the work which will have lasted 3 days

This forum is initiated by the highest authorities through the Ministry of Mines, to talk to each other and understand each other on how to do gold panning. For a long time, Mali practiced artisanal gold mining without major damage. But lately, we have seen that although gold mining pays off, there are many negative consequences. Children and young people abandon classes, the fields for the benefit of mining sites. Before the practice was done with dabas and others. Today we note the arrival of machines. There is also the fact that the farms often occupy the fields of culture, which causes problems in the communities between the miners themselves and between miners and large mining operators who have titles. That's why we organized this forum so that everyone knows how to work in order to safeguard the interests of each other. For three days there will be conferences, everyone will speak, actors and experts to pull viable solutions.

SOMASEC Coordinator of the forum

we believe that the forum is the concretization of what we have set ourselves as ambition in the sector to know how to take the lead and organize ourselves in a cooperative society union. in mali we support about 10 gold panning sites and in these sites, there can be millions of movements of people a year. It is therefore necessary to organize this sector which can weigh in the balance of payments.
