Harry Morimoto

Prior to co-founding Clairmont Capital Partners, Harry was Director of Credit Risk Management at a $13 billion multi-strategy alternative asset manager. He was responsible for the risk and profitability of trading strategies including credit default swaps, interest rate derivatives, corporate debt and MBS/ABS. He was also active in selecting new managers and strategies, allocating capital between and within strategies, hedging firm-wide credit and interest rate risks, setting and monitoring portfolio risk limits, setting pricing and valuation policies and assisting in implementation of trading and middle-office infrastructure.

Harry received his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Tokyo and served as an assistant professor of Mathematics for two years. He has written numerous research publications including work in mathematical finance.

George Montgomery-Haynes

Prior to founding Clairmont Capital Partners, George was President of Alico Japan and Chief Investment Officer of AIG Retirement Services, Inc., responsible for a $250 billion invested asset portfolio. Alico Japan was one of the best performing stocks in the early 1990s, appreciating 21,300 percent or 213 times. In 1991. AIG's Alico Japan is the largest GICBN issuer with approximately $50 billion in issuance. In June 1991 George left Alico Japan to start Clairmont Capital Partners.

George received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Oxford University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
