I just did it! I booked you're apartement from Saturday, 27th. I was a little insecure how long I should book it, feared I had to pay a whole year if I book it for 1 year. Stupid, after booking it for 1 month I read the terms for longer bookings. I will change that, if I like it there. I suppose I 'll like it.
There's one question that occured to me after the booking. Am I allowed to register at that adress?

As I mentioned in my previous email, I chose the company to take care of renting the flat. I used this company in the past and I am very happy with them. You can inspect the flat in the presence of the rental agent, everything will be carried out in a safe manner and you need not to worry. 1) After you access my apartment from the link above , select the date when you want to move into the apt and click on Request to Book .
2) After you completed all the details and continue , Airbnb will present you all the details about the transaction and how you can make the payment . You must read all the terms and if you agree with that , you just need to Confirm Booking .
3) After your order is registered , you must make the payment to the details indicated by Airbnb and send the payment confirmation via email to them .
4) Airbnb will verify the payment and Book the apt for you and you will be the only who can rent the apt .
5) Airbnb agent will call you in 2-3 days for meeting.
6) If you refuse to rent the apt , Airbnb will give you a full refund .

I work 30hours/week (employed) at foodora Vienna, a food delivery that delivers food for restaurants that don't have a delivery service on their own. I have worked as a bike messenger for 12 years, but it was getting really hard the last year, so I switched to foodora, still working as a bike messenger for 20hours/week and office job 10hours/week. I love my job, but I also love my private life, that's the reason, I don't want to work more than 30hours ... and I don't need much to feel comfortable, except a new home now.
I am not in war with my ex-husband, so I' m not really in a hurry to get out of our appartement, but In as much as he has a new woman on his side, I don't want to occupy his appartement longer than necessary.
There will be no problem with the deposit. I was able to save some money and my ex-husband also told me to help if necessary.
I'm really interested in that appartement. I would live there alone, no pets at the moment. I used to have a german sheperd, but after she died 12years old I decided against a new one, cause at that time I started working a lot and had no time left for a pet.

I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in Wien, but now she's back home permanently, so I'm renting the place for unlimited time.
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
The flat is exactly like in the pictures, furnished and renovated. As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to Wien, so we won't disturb you.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you will have access to a very large and well ventilated cellar, where you can store my furniture.
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Vanessa Ybrugen and I'm a 54 years old , Manager of Pegaso from Spain, planning to retire in the next 2 years.
