The Financial Markets Commission Board is an independent regulatory authority and commission that regulates and oversees offshore financial advisers and financial markets trading companies.

The FMCB is NOT regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other Regulatory Authority or Commission and is NOT permitted to offer, nor does it offer any financial advice about investment products, be they regulated or unregulated.

The FMCB has not been registered under The Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the applicable laws of certain states and any offerings privately traded in reliance on exemptions from the registration requirements of said act and such laws. Any offerings are subject to restriction on transfer and resale and may not be transferred or resold except as permitted under said act and such laws pursuant to registration or exemption therefrom. The offering have not be approved or disapproved by the Securities and Exchange Commission or other Regulatory Authority, nor have any of the foregoing Authorities passed upon or endorsed the merits of any offering or the accuracy or adequacy of the offerings. Any representation to the contrary is unlawful.

Reliance on FMCB for the purpose of engaging in any investment activity may expose an individual to a significant risk of losing all of the assets invested. We recommend that you seek your own independent advice from an appropriately qualified advisor authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 who specialises in advising on the acquisition of unlisted securities before making any application. We are NOT governed by any regulatory body directly, however, we adhere to and obey all rules, regulations and legal compliance set forth by the Commissions and Authorities pertaining to certain jurisdictions. Keep in mind, the SEC, FINRA, FCA, ASIC etc. are no more Federal than Federal Express. They are non-Government entities – but – Private Entities (like us) that (unlike us) charge copious amounts of capital to maintain a registration and or a specific rating. For example – Meryl Lynch was fined over $1oo Million to maintain a AAA rating – this fine is in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most law suits brought against a brokerage by its OWN CLIENTS!

About Us

Established after the global stock market crash of October 1997, the FMCB was founded on the principles of protecting the public from non-compliance of financial market regulations by offshore financial advisors and trading companies.

Our Main Objectives Are:

To promote efficient global market trading.
To ensure trading is conducted in an orderly fashion.
To ensure market trading is fair.
To help retail investors receive professional service.
To fight fraud and abuse.
To resolve customer complaints.
To inform investors of rules, regulations and legal compliance.
To regulate transactions to the proper entities.

In carrying out our work we must keep regard to the principles of good regulation. In all our work we believe in the desirability of regulation working with the grain of the markets rather than against them. We aim to use the restriction of regulation to those circumstances where the markets do not provide adequate answers and where regulation has the prospect of doing so. We accept that a regulatory system neither can nor should aim at avoiding all failures.

With currently over 5,600 member firms and over 8,000 associate members, FMCB is financed exclusively from membership dues and fees from assessments paid by users of the global financial markets.
