The U. S. Regulatory Board of Mergers and Acquisitions (USRBMA) was founded as a way to protect consumer and investor confidence in the financial markets, specifically in the arena of M&A, by providing a stronger level of framework through Government oversight.

Our aim is to protect the integrity of the commerce within the field and the partners in the transactions, whether they are stock markets, dealers, advisors, public or private funds, corporations or individuals.

We are dedicated to the accurate disclosure of necessary information pertinent to any transaction and required by good faith and compliance thereby protecting both sides of any interaction.

Critical to the ability of the Board to effectively carry out our duties is our authority of enforcement.

Annually we take action against parties that violate the laws and regulations, generally for situations such as insider trading, accounting fraud or providing deliberately inaccurate information about companies or securities. In addition to preserving and upholding transparent, compliant and trustworthy market activity by enforcing and executing Federal securities laws, we are also dedicated to providing the general public and investors with information that would be useful in future securities dealings.

All this effort is nothing however without the support and cooperation of individuals and investors who alert the Board to suspicious and fraudulent behavior. We encourage all investors, big and small to complete due diligence, and educate themselves thoroughly, and to proceed with caution into any transaction in the securities and financial markets.

We also work alongside many partner organizations including at a federal and state level, regulators, SRO’s and various private institutions and corporations.
