However, our commission has completed their screening and resolution and
find enclose our attached documents such as Resolution Letter, Award
Notice, approved and signed Invoice with Draft Contract Agreement for your
perusal.

The contract has been awarded in your company favor and your Contract
Number is WAROCO/EMEM/0613-89042016-17/TG-18.

Our legal department has prepared a draft contract agreement for the
security of this contract project which is attached as to enable you go
through it carefully and confirm if OK, as to allow us turn it to original
hard copy ready for signing.

According to the Foreign Contract Execution and policy with the WAROCO and
law of transparency and international reputation of the country, you are
require to visit us for the completion of face to face contract
endorsement in our office with our Contract Board Committee and to sign
off your payment release paper in our Bank according to our procedure,
rules and jurisdiction on Foreign Contract Execution Law.

Alternatively, you may be allow to hire or appoint an indigenous Togo
Lawyer (Attorney) accredited and authorized by the WAROCO Togo ONLY to
represent you if you may not be chance to visit during the official
signing period and such lawyer will have at least 10-15years experience in
handling government contract / organization with about 3months recent
contract execution at the Court of Togo and should have reached to the
level of Senior Advocate of Togo (SAT). Your company should issue to him
or her Power Of Attorney (POA), authorizing his firm to represent your
company interest during the signing and legalization period.

Already our payment division has applied for your foreign currency payment
allocation (100% irrevocable advance payment in your favor) through the
Ministry of Economics & Finance Togo which the approval is out this
morning. The Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) have issued an
authorization access code to our Bank for immediate transfer of the total
contract payment into your Bank account in the LIMA - PERU, upon original
hard copy Contract Document is signed and legalized at the Supreme Court
of Togo after the endorsement by your company and submitted to the paying
Bank for swift routing into your Bank.

Finally, we requested that you send us your confirmation letter of
acceptance of the draft contract agreement once the entire articles are OK
by you and your company with copy of your International Passport to allow
us advise our authorized agency to prepare a letter of Invitation to you.

Note: Togo Republic is VISA free Country and all you need is to book your
flight ticket to Lome, International Airport as an entry VISA will be
issued to you at the point of entrance of the Airport. We shall nominate a
delegate who will be at the Airport to pick you and give you an official
welcome upon your arrival and direct you to your Hotel.

Finally, you're staying here is only for Two (2) working days. The first
day will be signing of the contract agreement and legalization at the
Court while the second day will be for you signing off your Foreign
Exchange Payment Allocation Release paper for immediate swift transfer of
your total contract amount into your Bank.

Already, we have forwarded your Proforma Invoice to the Supreme Court of
Togo to allow them evaluate the Invoice and tell us the total cost for the
legalization, stamp duty and Court administration charges which shall be
made known to you once the information is out to enable you arranged your
part accordingly.
