US OIL Family is a diversified holding company for a privately owned group of entities which was established to take advantage of the opportunities in distressed oil and gas assets with the objective to provide high yield reliable cash flows, and extraordinary appreciation potential. The areas of our activity include oil and gas distressed opportunities created by cyclical market moves and consequent liquidity squeeze.

Most of the assets we buy were neglected due to severe cyclical declines in oil and gas prices and consequent lack of capital, credit and consequent inability to properly maintain and improve the assets. Due to massive lay-offs we were able to acquire the absolute best talent in the industry and that allows us to efficiently evaluate distressed assets, acquire them and then through improvements and proper maintenance significantly increase the cash flows, stability, returns and values of the assets.

We are also proud to have correctly spotted the cycle low in February 2016, and see 2017 as a year of robust growth as oil and gas prices return to the mean and the levels necessary to justify production across a wide range of oil and gas properties.
