I received a Driving Infringement notice by email the other day and i was a bit puzzeled by it. It is a fraud email for a numerous reasons. 1st the senders email is a Gmail which Government doesn't use and there no original correspondence attached.Like, which Governent Department it came from. 2nd. It said that you can look at this infringement at "ONLINE.FINES.GOV.AU". That's a Australian Federal web page but the Federal Government does not have an Department called fines. eg "Australian Competition and Consumer Commission." web page is http://www.accc.gov.au. Also the Scammer failed to put a link on the email so you can pay it. i've had several of these over the past few months

It's malware. There was a link to a .zip file.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
