Amazon Auto Sales is a government regulated and licensed escrow company that is compliant with Escrow Law.
Amazon Auto Sales is internationally recognized.
•Transactions performed by a Buyer and Seller on the Amazon Auto Sales, shall be governed by the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Cal. Civil Code Section 1633.1 et. seq.) and the California Financial Code governing Escrow Regulations. A person or entity offering personal vehicle for sale, and desiring to use the Amazon Auto Sales in order to close such a sale, shall hereinafter be referred to as "Seller". A person or entity desiring to purchase personal vehicle from a Seller, by use of the Amazon Auto Sales for completing the purchase shall be referred to as "Buyer". The use of the Amazon Auto Sales (by the Buyer and Seller) for purposes of effectuating a single escrowed transfer of ownership of personal vehicle shall be referred to as a "Transaction". The completion of the Transaction by Buyer and Seller is referred to herein as the "Close of Escrow". A Buyer and Seller may enter into a Transaction for the sale and purchase of vehicles. Funds deposited into Amazon Auto Sales trust account by the parties shall be referred to as "Alliancz Auto Transport Escrow Funds" Buyer and Seller should each check with Alliancz Auto Transport daily and regularly to confirm the status of the Transaction, the shipping and tracking and/or the Closing. The time of day and calendar day for all matters and events referred to in these Instructions will be determined by Pacific Time. All communications of any kind, for any purpose shall be made in the English language. It is the responsibility of Buyer and or Seller to each know and understand the English language. Any party who requires interpretation to or from the English language for the purpose of making or receiving any communication, relating to these Instructions, shall be responsible for any of his, her or its own respective costs in that regard. The term "Business Day" shall refer to the working days Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. PDT, which are not legal holidays in California observed by Amazon Auto Sales.
1. Instructions and Deposit of Funds into Amazon Trust Account
Once the Buyer and Seller have agreed to identical transaction details for a specific underlying transaction, and both have agreed to these Amazon Auto Sales Instructions, these instructions shall constitute a binding agreement between all parties.
Amazon Auto Sales will provide the payment details and the Buyer will pay using a secure payment method chosen by Amazon Auto Sales.
Once we receive the funds, we will secure it and notify Seller and Buyer. Buyer can cancel the transaction at any transaction moment, for any reason.
Amazon Auto Sales is obligated by the law to refund the payment to the Buyer as soon as possible and not later then 24 hours.
Amazon Auto Sales covers Buyers who complete a transaction for the following types of deliberate and material misrepresentation by the seller:
1. Purchase of a vehicle that it never received.
2. Paying for and receiving a vehicle:
•that is registered or reported as stolen by the governing authorities;
•with an undisclosed or unknown lien against its title;
•a make and/or model that is different than that described by the sellers listing;
•whose title is subject to an undisclosed salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, destroyed, junk, lemon, or water damage title brand.
•that has different specifications than those stated by the seller;
•whose odometer shows a different mileage that that stated by the seller.
If we have the vehicle is one of our storage facilities, you have the peace of mind the vehicle has been verified by us before accepting it. That means we have checked the vehicle condition, the title and the mileage.
2. Shipping and Tracking of vehicle
Upon receipt of Buyer's funds, and clearance of same, Amazon Auto Sales will notify Seller to ship the vehicle. This notice to Seller shall be accomplished via email which will require the Seller to regularly check the email, unless all parties lawfully agree to a different method of notification. Upon Seller's verification, Seller agrees to ship the vehicle, insured for full value to Buyer. Buyer and Seller agree to choose a shipping method that utilizes online tracking information. Seller shall ship the vehicle to Buyer based upon information provided by the Buyer(delivery address). Seller will be responsible for shipping damage if insurance is not purchased. The Seller will pay the delivery fees and the ship back fees if the Buyer refuse the vehicle. Seller agrees to complete and submit the shipping information to the Amazon Auto Sales, on the same day on which the vehicle is placed in the possession of the company responsible for shipping(no later then 48 hours from Amazon Auto Sales payment notification). Confirmation of same will be sent via email to all parties, unless all parties lawfully agree to a different method of notification. If the vehicle is located in one of our warehouse(We have the vehicle in our possession), we will start the delivery in no later then 24 hours from the payment clearance.
3. Buyer's Acceptance, Disbursement of Funds
During the Buyer Inspection Period, Buyer shall either: (1) accept the vehicle and follow all further instructions accordingly to complete acceptance of the vehicle and ownership transfer (Amazon Auto Sales will pay the Seller the purchase price in no later then 72 hours); or (2) Reject the vehicle and follow any further instructions to complete the rejection process of the vehicle. Note: Amazon Auto Sales reserves the right to provide the Buyer a written 48hour notice if an Inspection Period has ended without the Buyer's involvement.
4. Buyer Rejection Process
During the Buyer Inspection Period, which is 5 days, Buyer may reject the vehicle at any time, for any reason. Upon such rejection, Amazon Auto Sales will send to the Seller an email stating Buyer's decision to reject and return the vehicle. If the Buyer refuses the vehicle, the refund will be sent to the Buyer in no later then 24 hours from reufnd/cancelation request. In this case the Seller will arrange and pay the ship back fees. If we ship the vehicle, the refund will be sent to the Buyer in no later then 24 hours and we will pick up the vehicle in no later then 5 days(Depends on our delivery agents availability in the Buyer's area).
5. Shipping and Tracking of Returned Item
By rejecting the vehicle in the manner described above, Buyer agrees to return the vehicle promptly to Seller. Seller is responsible for all related shipping and insurance costs. Buyer agrees to return the vehicle to the Seller by use the same shipping service chosen by Seller. It is the responsibility of the shipping party to properly declare the vehicle and its value for customs procedures(If applicable).
Note: If Seller use Amazon Auto Sales for delivery, please read step 4.
6. Cancellation
Once Buyer's funds have been deposited, in the event that Seller fails to ship the vehicle within the required 24 hours period or within any longer time period upon which Buyer and Seller have mutually agreed, Buyer may request a refund of the deposited funds. Buyer may cancel the transaction at any time for any reason.
7. Timing of Payment
All deposits for vehicles in Amazon Auto Sales transaction should be submitted in at most two Business Days from payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the Amazon Auto Sales transaction being voided.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") shall serve as an agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions which will govern your use and participation in the transaction management and escrow services provided on and through Amazon Auto Sales (the "Services"). By electing to utilize the Services you shall have also indicated your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your intent and agreement to be bound by them.
If you are unwilling to agree to these Terms of Use, you shall discontinue further use of the Services.
If you agree to these Terms of Use, you will be bound as follows:
•Description of the Service.
The Services are internetbased transaction management services performed by Amazon Auto Sales Inc., a Alabama corporation, acts as escrow agent and freight company in a Transaction, which Services are intended to facilitate the completion of the underlying transaction under the terms of this Agreement, the Site and the applicable vehicle Transaction Instructions.
•Limits on the Services.
The Services are only available for lawful vehicles. In order to register, you must supply all information required on the Site. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may further limit the Services.
•Prohibited Transactions.
Users shall not utilize the Site or the Services in connection with any Transaction that is illegal or involves any illegal vehicles, or is for any illegal purpose. In addition, Amazon Auto Sales, in its sole discretion, may refuse to complete any Transaction that Amazon Auto Sales has reason to believe is unauthorized or made by someone other than you, may violate any law, rule or regulation, or if Amazon Auto Sales has reasonable cause not to honor it. Each User agrees to indemnify and hold Amazon Auto Sales harmless for losses resulting from any use or attempted use of the Services in violation of this Agreement.
General Conditions of Use.
If you arrive at the Site through entities linked and/or integrated with Amazon Auto Sales or otherwise by or through a third party (e.g., an auction, exchange, or Internetbased intermediary), then you represent and warrant that all information you provide to Amazon Auto Sales are accurate and complete.
•Obligations of Sellers.
On the Transaction Detail Screens, each Seller to a Transaction must designate an Account to which payment for the Transaction will be made. Each Seller in a Transaction shall deliver the vehicle set forth in Transaction Detail Screens directly to the Buyer (or Buyers), at the address specified by such Buyer as shown on the Amazon Auto Sales website and on the terms and conditions. Seller shall use a delivery service that provides a confirmation of delivery and Seller shall provide Amazon Auto Sales with a tracking or reference number for the shipment of the goods. In the event Amazon Auto Sales does not receive notice of shipment from Seller within 48 hours of notification from Amazon Auto Sales's notice to Seller to ship the vehicle, Seller authorizes Amazon Auto Sales to return the escrowed funds to Buyer. In the event of a return of the vehicle by Buyer, Seller shall notify Amazon Auto Sales of the receipt of the returned vehicle.
•Obligations of Buyers.
During inspection period: Buyer is not allowed to borrow the vehicle to another person. Buyer is not allowed to lease the vehicle. Buyer is not allowed to use the vehicle as a taxi or public transportation vehicle. Buyer is not allowed to modify the vehicle in any way. In the rejection case, Buyer must return the vehicle in the same condition as he receive it. All deposits for vehicles in Amazon Auto Sales transactions should be submitted in at most Two Business Days from payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the Amazon Auto Sales transaction being voided.
•Our Responsibilities.
Amazon Auto Sales is obligated to perform only those duties expressly described in this Agreement. Amazon Auto Sales shall not be liable for any error in judgment, for any act taken or not taken, or for any mistake of fact or law. Amazon Auto Sales may rely upon any notice, demand, request, letter, certificate, agreement or any other document which purports to have been transmitted or signed by or on behalf of a customer indicated as the sender or signatory thereof and shall have no duty to make any inquiry or investigation. In the event that Amazon Auto Sales is uncertain as to Amazon Auto Sales duties or rights under this Agreement, receives any instruction, demand or notice from any User or financial institution which, in Amazon Auto Sales's opinion, is in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any dispute arises with respect to this Agreement or the Escrowed Funds, Amazon Auto Sales may (i) consult with counsel of our choice (including our own attorneys) and any actions taken or not taken based upon advice of counsel shall be deemed consented to by you, or (ii) refrain from taking any action other than to retain the funds in escrow for delivery in accordance with the written agreement of the Users, the final decision or award of an arbitrator pursuant to an arbitration commenced and conducted in accordance with the General Escrow Instructions or a final, nonappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, or (iii) discharge our duties under this Agreement by depositing all funds by interpleader action with a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the procedures outlined in the General Instructions.
•Canceling a Transaction.
If a Transaction cannot be completed for any reason, including cancellation by Amazon Auto Sales for any reason, Amazon Auto Sales will notify each User in such Transaction by email, to the email address each has provided to Amazon Auto Sales. In Amazon Auto Sales's sole discretion, Amazon Auto Sales may cancel any Transaction if each User to a Transaction fails to agree on the terms as required in the Transaction Details.
•Security.
Amazon Auto Sales uses secure sockets layer ("SSL"), a security protocol that provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity for connections to the Internet to ensure that the data you provide Amazon Auto Sales is not transmitted over the Internet unencrypted and cannot be viewed by unauthorized individuals.
•Modifications.
Amazon Auto Sales reserves the right to change this Agreement, or any portion of it, at any time, without prior notice, provided that no such change will apply to a Transaction once the Users to such Transaction have agreed to the Transaction Escrow Instructions. You understand that the most recent version of this Agreement will be located on the Site.
•Notices.
Notices from Amazon Auto Sales to you will be given by email. You may contact Amazon Auto Sales by filling out the customer support form, phone number or live chat.

Seller agrees to complete and submit the shipping information to the Amazon Auto Sales, on the same day on which the vehicle is placed in the possession of the company responsible for shipping(no later then 48 hours from Amazon Auto Sales payment notification). Confirmation of same will be sent via email to all parties, unless all parties lawfully agree to a different method of notification. If the vehicle is located in one of our warehouse(We have the vehicle in our possession), we will start the delivery in no later then 24 hours from the payment clearance.
3. Buyer's Acceptance, Disbursement of Funds
During the Buyer Inspection Period, Buyer shall either: (1) accept the vehicle and follow all further instructions accordingly to complete acceptance of the vehicle and ownership transfer (Amazon Auto Sales will pay the Seller the purchase price in no later then 72 hours); or (2) Reject the vehicle and follow any further instructions to complete the rejection process of the vehicle. Note: Amazon Auto Sales reserves the right to provide the Buyer a written 48hour notice if an Inspection Period has ended without the Buyer's involvement.
4. Buyer Rejection Process
During the Buyer Inspection Period, which is 5 days, Buyer may reject the vehicle at any time, for any reason. Upon such rejection, Amazon Auto Sales will send to the Seller an email stating Buyer's decision to reject and return the vehicle. If the Buyer refuses the vehicle, the refund will be sent to the Buyer in no later then 24 hours from reufnd/cancelation request. In this case the Seller will arrange and pay the ship back fees. If we ship the vehicle, the refund will be sent to the Buyer in no later then 24 hours and we will pick up the vehicle in no later then 5 days(Depends on our delivery agents availability in the Buyer's area).
5. Shipping and Tracking of Returned Item
By rejecting the vehicle in the manner described above, Buyer agrees to return the vehicle promptly to Seller. Seller is responsible for all related shipping and insurance costs. Buyer agrees to return the vehicle to the Seller by use the same shipping service chosen by Seller. It is the responsibility of the shipping party to properly declare the vehicle and its value for customs procedures(If applicable).
Note: If Seller use Amazon Auto Sales for delivery, please read step 4.
6. Cancellation
Once Buyer's funds have been deposited, in the event that Seller fails to ship the vehicle within the required 24 hours period or within any longer time period upon which Buyer and Seller have mutually agreed, Buyer may request a refund of the deposited funds. Buyer may cancel the transaction at any time for any reason.
7. Timing of Payment
All deposits for vehicles in Amazon Auto Sales transaction should be submitted in at most two Business Days from payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the Amazon Auto Sales transaction being voided.

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") shall serve as an agreement that sets forth the terms and conditions which will govern your use and participation in the transaction management and escrow services provided on and through Amazon Auto Sales (the "Services"). By electing to utilize the Services you shall have also indicated your acceptance of these Terms of Use and your intent and agreement to be bound by them.
If you are unwilling to agree to these Terms of Use, you shall discontinue further use of the Services.
If you agree to these Terms of Use, you will be bound as follows:
•Description of the Service.
The Services are internetbased transaction management services performed by Amazon Auto Sales Inc., a Alabama corporation, acts as escrow agent and freight company in a Transaction, which Services are intended to facilitate the completion of the underlying transaction under the terms of this Agreement, the Site and the applicable vehicle Transaction Instructions.
•Limits on the Services.
The Services are only available for lawful vehicles. In order to register, you must supply all information required on the Site. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may further limit the Services.
•Prohibited Transactions.
Users shall not utilize the Site or the Services in connection with any Transaction that is illegal or involves any illegal vehicles, or is for any illegal purpose. In addition, Amazon Auto Sales, in its sole discretion, may refuse to complete any Transaction that Amazon Auto Sales has reason to believe is unauthorized or made by someone other than you, may violate any law, rule or regulation, or if Amazon Auto Sales has reasonable cause not to honor it. Each User agrees to indemnify and hold Amazon Auto Sales harmless for losses resulting from any use or attempted use of the Services in violation of this Agreement.
General Conditions of Use.
If you arrive at the Site through entities linked and/or integrated with Amazon Auto Sales or otherwise by or through a third party (e.g., an auction, exchange, or Internetbased intermediary), then you represent and warrant that all information you provide to Amazon Auto Sales are accurate and complete.
•Obligations of Sellers.
On the Transaction Detail Screens, each Seller to a Transaction must designate an Account to which payment for the Transaction will be made. Each Seller in a Transaction shall deliver the vehicle set forth in Transaction Detail Screens directly to the Buyer (or Buyers), at the address specified by such Buyer as shown on the Amazon Auto Sales website and on the terms and conditions. Seller shall use a delivery service that provides a confirmation of delivery and Seller shall provide Amazon Auto Sales with a tracking or reference number for the shipment of the goods. In the event Amazon Auto Sales does not receive notice of shipment from Seller within 48 hours of notification from Amazon Auto Sales's notice to Seller to ship the vehicle, Seller authorizes Amazon Auto Sales to return the escrowed funds to Buyer. In the event of a return of the vehicle by Buyer, Seller shall notify Amazon Auto Sales of the receipt of the returned vehicle.
•Obligations of Buyers.
During inspection period: Buyer is not allowed to borrow the vehicle to another person. Buyer is not allowed to lease the vehicle. Buyer is not allowed to use the vehicle as a taxi or public transportation vehicle. Buyer is not allowed to modify the vehicle in any way. In the rejection case, Buyer must return the vehicle in the same condition as he receive it. All deposits for vehicles in Amazon Auto Sales transactions should be submitted in at most Two Business Days from payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the Amazon Auto Sales transaction being voided.
•Our Responsibilities.
Amazon Auto Sales is obligated to perform only those duties expressly described in this Agreement. Amazon Auto Sales shall not be liable for any error in judgment, for any act taken or not taken, or for any mistake of fact or law. Amazon Auto Sales may rely upon any notice, demand, request, letter, certificate, agreement or any other document which purports to have been transmitted or signed by or on behalf of a customer indicated as the sender or signatory thereof and shall have no duty to make any inquiry or investigation. In the event that Amazon Auto Sales is uncertain as to Amazon Auto Sales duties or rights under this Agreement, receives any instruction, demand or notice from any User or financial institution which, in Amazon Auto Sales's opinion, is in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any dispute arises with respect to this Agreement or the Escrowed Funds, Amazon Auto Sales may (i) consult with counsel of our choice (including our own attorneys) and any actions taken or not taken based upon advice of counsel shall be deemed consented to by you, or (ii) refrain from taking any action other than to retain the funds in escrow for delivery in accordance with the written agreement of the Users, the final decision or award of an arbitrator pursuant to an arbitration commenced and conducted in accordance with the General Escrow Instructions or a final, nonappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, or (iii) discharge our duties under this Agreement by depositing all funds by interpleader action with a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the procedures outlined in the General Instructions.
•Canceling a Transaction.
If a Transaction cannot be completed for any reason, including cancellation by Amazon Auto Sales for any reason, Amazon Auto Sales will notify each User in such Transaction by email, to the email address each has provided to Amazon Auto Sales. In Amazon Auto Sales's sole discretion, Amazon Auto Sales may cancel any Transaction if each User to a Transaction fails to agree on the terms as required in the Transaction Details.
•Security.
Amazon Auto Sales uses secure sockets layer ("SSL"), a security protocol that provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity for connections to the Internet to ensure that the data you provide Amazon Auto Sales is not transmitted over the Internet unencrypted and cannot be viewed by unauthorized individuals.
•Modifications.
Amazon Auto Sales reserves the right to change this Agreement, or any portion of it, at any time, without prior notice, provided that no such change will apply to a Transaction once the Users to such Transaction have agreed to the Transaction Escrow Instructions. You understand that the most recent version of this Agreement will be located on the Site.
•Notices.
Notices from Amazon Auto Sales to you will be given by email. You may contact Amazon Auto Sales by filling out the customer support form, phone number or live chat.
