The Offshore Financial Markets Regulatory Commission (OFMRC) was established in 1981 in order to ensure protection to investors active in asset classes and markets outside of their country of residency. Its object is to group together, under one authority, the supervision of securities dealers and other financial institutions and firms offering investors offshore investment services. It is entrusted with specific tasks to protect consumers of financial products and services. We assist with arbitration on all cases where it is deemed necessary.
