It has come to the attention of Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, that persons claiming to represent Verent Capital are offering Swedish investors to buy securities.

FI has investigated the matter and has not been able to determine that Verent Capital is a going concern. Verent Capital is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services in Sweden nor under FI's supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries. Verent Capital is also not authorised to provide financial services according to the supervisory authority of the country in which the company claims to be domiciled.
