From the WhoIs for asiapacificinvestmenthouse.com:
Registrant Name: Contact Privacy Inc. Customer 0144524390
Registrant Organization: Contact Privacy Inc. Customer 0144524390

Legitimate businesses have no need to hide their identity and address behind proxies to register their domains.

The following domains were also registered at the same time by the same scammer using the fake name Pierre Moerland and are currently holding pages:
asiapacificinvestmenthouse.info
asiapacificinvestmenthouse.biz
asiapacificinvestmenthouse.net
asiapacificinvestmenthouse.us

The same scammer has also registered the domain gs-ih.com, again hidden behind a proxy registrant.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

There's also a posting at Ripoff Report from December, 2017 on Asia Pacific Investment House
http://bit.ly/2EzAM8M

At that time they were using a different website ( http://www.apih.asia/ ) but it looks like they pulled all the content off the site after the report.

Here's a link to the Internet Wayback Machine -
