Despite the UK telephone number neither Hutton Capital Group or HCGFX are authorised to operate in the UK. The website is defunct at hcgfx.com but the trading desk appears to be up at the link provided.

As a vocal advocate of increased regulation and investor protection, Hutton Capital Group Limited (HCG), an IBC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is fully registered by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) by the Registrar of International Business Companies under the business license number: 24080 IBC 2017. The FSA is often seen as one of the most respected regulators in the industry due to its strict surveillance of its participants.

I asked the SV&G FSA about that claim

Please be advised that a search of the register revealed an entity in the name of Hutton Capital Group Limited. The said company is registered as an International Business Company (IBC).

Please be further advised that the Financial Services Authority (the "Authority") does not "Regulate, Monitor, Supervise or Licence"International Business Companies (IBCs) which engage in FOREX Trading or Brokerage. No Forex/brokerage licences are issued from within the State of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Hutton Capital Group Limited is not regulated or licensed as a Forex Brokers by the Financial Services Authority. No Forex/Brokers licenses are issued from this jurisdiction. The statement that the "company is regulated by the FSA" that appears on the company's website is false and misleading and is a misrepresentation of the Act governing same.
