Shipping Policy
Please note that we require 4 to 10 working days on average to design, hand-craft and/or package each of your products before your order is dispatched. Custom products and Free products may take longer (see section 4 below). This is an average and could take up to 30 days if supplier issues arise or the item is on backorder (see section 3 below). Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays, extreme weather or unexpected carrier delays that might impact delivery times. During these times delivery may be delayed up to an additional 30 days. Origin Of Shipment:
At Seternal, we celebrate the act of discovery. We love to work with small vendors to share their unique products and materials, some of which are shipped directly from our vendors in remote locations all over the world. Orders are shipped from one of our 4 warehouses either in New York, Oregon, California, or China,. These worldwide relationships are the sole reason we are able to offer such unique and high quality products. However, the origin of your particular order combined with the nature of the shipping business, delays are sometimes inevitable. All our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and although we do have a 99.8% success rating in 2018, specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-order or an item has been back-ordered, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. Therefore, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after. If your item(s) will ship 30 days or later from the date you purchased we will notify you with the expected shipment date. At this time you may request a refund if you would not like to wait.
Custom orders and/or Free product promotions (Just pay S&H)
Custom orders are often outsourced to a specialized vendor who might hand-craft your order or put it through multiple processes (e.g. custom designed hoodies, artist designed limited production or personalized products). With these products the vendor or artists production time may increase based off of volume. Please allow an additional 14 days for custom made products. With regards to Free promotional products we may get 10 orders a day or 100. Since we cannot forecast these situations we cannot always order ahead to replenish our inventory in a timely manner. If you ordered a Free promotional product and only paid shipping cost your order may be delayed up to 30 days depending on the popularity of the promotion. If it will be longer than 30 days we will contact you and let you know of the expected delivery date and offer you a refund. Usually the products are amazing and most people will wait it out. It may cost us financially now but we don't mind if we can build relationships with new customers.
Tracking your order:
In order to track the status of your order you will need your order number and the email address that was provided at the time of the order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing the details of your order. The confirmation email will have your order number and a link to our tracking page. To track your order you can also visit our Tracking Page directly. If you are unsure of your order number and cannot locate your confirmation email please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you. Please be advised that the carrier may not immediately update the tracking information online.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to update an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. All shipping cost are deducted from any refunds due to the address being entered incorrectly during checkout.
Returns:
By placing an order with Seternal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you received free shipping. We provide free return shipping for all other orders with shipping charges Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Seternal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to the shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Carrier Related Delays
We are also not responsible for carrier related delays (e.g. weather). Once the package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control!

Return & Refund Policy
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request." If the return is due to defective or damaged product please include a picture of the defect/damage. The following guidelines govern this policy:
• Late delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy with regards to backorders, weather, holiday and carrier delays and therefore are eligible for a full refund; under the stated conditions in the policy. We have 30 days by law to ship your order or notify you that it will be delayed while providing you an updated delivery timeline and full refund offer; we outline this in detail in that policy. We offer sufficient response time.when making changes (7 days); if we have shipped your order you are no longer eligible for the full refund.
• Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless product received is defective or damaged in transit. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion. Please carefully read the details in the Final Sale portion of this policy.
• Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment. Seternal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
•Custom hand-made to order items are not not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are damaged during delivery. All of our custom products use high definition photos of the actual product itself. to advertise We also inspect every custom order prior to shipping to verify it looks like what we have described.
• A Refund If Returned Within 30 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 30 days of receipt.
•Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.
• Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system.
• Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
• Return Center: Our return center is not the same location we ship from due to our QA process. We will provide you the correct address when you contact us,
Refund Process
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds
•All items returned open box or missing original content due to customer error but still are in new condition (e.g. missing users manual). Partial refunds in this situation will be communicated and offered in lieu of denying and returning product back to customer.
•All items returned due to an incorrect address being entered during checkout or because delivery was rejected, are subject to a 15% restocking fee (covers shipping cost, materials and handling). Orders cancelled where a delivery intercept is required will also be charged. These fees are considered "change of mind" and governed by state law.
•All situations deemed as extenuating circumstances under Seternal's discretion, may receive a partial refund offered prior to item being returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
•If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
•Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Final Sale Items
We love to offer the best deals and sometimes this results in a financial loss, especially if combined with a free shipping offer. Due to this all clearance items, promotional items (on sale) or purchases made using a discount code do not qualify for refunds or returns. We do accept returns for a refund or exchange on items damaged in transit. This policy is offered in addition to your federal, state and local legal rights.
Exchange Process
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. All exchanges will be for the same color and size as the original order unless we are out of stock (alternative variant will be offered if possible or refund processed). Gifts
•If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved for a refund, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Return & Exchange Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipping Policy
Please note that we require 4 to 10 working days on average to design, hand-craft and/or package each of your products before your order is dispatched. Custom products and Free products may take longer (see section 4 below). This is an average and could take up to 30 days if supplier issues arise or the item is on backorder (see section 3 below). Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays, extreme weather or unexpected carrier delays that might impact delivery times. During these times delivery may be delayed up to an additional 30 days. Origin Of Shipment:
At Seternal, we celebrate the act of discovery. We love to work with small vendors to share their unique products and materials, some of which are shipped directly from our vendors in remote locations all over the world. Orders are shipped from one of our 4 warehouses either in New York, Oregon, California, or China,. These worldwide relationships are the sole reason we are able to offer such unique and high quality products. However, the origin of your particular order combined with the nature of the shipping business, delays are sometimes inevitable. All our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and although we do have a 99.8% success rating in 2018, specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-order or an item has been back-ordered, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. Therefore, if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after. If your item(s) will ship 30 days or later from the date you purchased we will notify you with the expected shipment date. At this time you may request a refund if you would not like to wait.
Custom orders and/or Free product promotions (Just pay S&H)
Custom orders are often outsourced to a specialized vendor who might hand-craft your order or put it through multiple processes (e.g. custom designed hoodies, artist designed limited production or personalized products). With these products the vendor or artists production time may increase based off of volume. Please allow an additional 14 days for custom made products. With regards to Free promotional products we may get 10 orders a day or 100. Since we cannot forecast these situations we cannot always order ahead to replenish our inventory in a timely manner. If you ordered a Free promotional product and only paid shipping cost your order may be delayed up to 30 days depending on the popularity of the promotion. If it will be longer than 30 days we will contact you and let you know of the expected delivery date and offer you a refund. Usually the products are amazing and most people will wait it out. It may cost us financially now but we don't mind if we can build relationships with new customers.
Tracking your order:
In order to track the status of your order you will need your order number and the email address that was provided at the time of the order. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing the details of your order. The confirmation email will have your order number and a link to our tracking page. To track your order you can also visit our Tracking Page directly. If you are unsure of your order number and cannot locate your confirmation email please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you. Please be advised that the carrier may not immediately update the tracking information online.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to update an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. All shipping cost are deducted from any refunds due to the address being entered incorrectly during checkout.
Returns:
By placing an order with Seternal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you received free shipping. We provide free return shipping for all other orders with shipping charges Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Seternal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to the shipping carrier using the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Carrier Related Delays
We are also not responsible for carrier related delays (e.g. weather). Once the package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control!

Return & Refund Policy
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request." If the return is due to defective or damaged product please include a picture of the defect/damage. The following guidelines govern this policy:
• Late delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy with regards to backorders, weather, holiday and carrier delays and therefore are eligible for a full refund; under the stated conditions in the policy. We have 30 days by law to ship your order or notify you that it will be delayed while providing you an updated delivery timeline and full refund offer; we outline this in detail in that policy. We offer sufficient response time.when making changes (7 days); if we have shipped your order you are no longer eligible for the full refund.
• Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless product received is defective or damaged in transit. These items are marked as such online during your purchase to alleviate confusion. Please carefully read the details in the Final Sale portion of this policy.
• Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. When appropriate, we recommend you try on clothing with an undergarment. Seternal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
•Custom hand-made to order items are not not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are damaged during delivery. All of our custom products use high definition photos of the actual product itself. to advertise We also inspect every custom order prior to shipping to verify it looks like what we have described.
• A Refund If Returned Within 30 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund or store credit on any regular priced items in your order within 30 days of receipt.
•Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.
• Gifts Can Be Returned For An Online Store Credit: Items must be in new, unworn condition with original hang tags attached. The original order number is required to complete the return via our automated system.
• Remember to Keep the Tags On: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
• Return Center: Our return center is not the same location we ship from due to our QA process. We will provide you the correct address when you contact us,
Refund Process
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds
•All items returned open box or missing original content due to customer error but still are in new condition (e.g. missing users manual). Partial refunds in this situation will be communicated and offered in lieu of denying and returning product back to customer.
•All items returned due to an incorrect address being entered during checkout or because delivery was rejected, are subject to a 15% restocking fee (covers shipping cost, materials and handling). Orders cancelled where a delivery intercept is required will also be charged. These fees are considered "change of mind" and governed by state law.
•All situations deemed as extenuating circumstances under Seternal's discretion, may receive a partial refund offered prior to item being returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
•If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
•Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
•Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale Items
We love to offer the best deals and sometimes this results in a financial loss, especially if combined with a free shipping offer. Due to this all clearance items, promotional items (on sale) or purchases made using a discount code do not qualify for refunds or returns. We do accept returns for a refund or exchange on items damaged in transit. This policy is offered in addition to your federal, state and local legal rights.
Exchange Process
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. All exchanges will be for the same color and size as the original order unless we are out of stock (alternative variant will be offered if possible or refund processed). If you need to exchange please send us an email to [email protected]. with the subject line "Exchange Request" and include a picture of the defect or damage.
Gifts
•If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved for a refund, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
•If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, we will provide a gift certificate to the gift giver and they will notified of your return.
Return & Exchange Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that requires a signature or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:
• We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office
•You are responsible to file the claim with USPS
•We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.
•We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected.
•You are responsible for contacting your forwarding company to locate your package if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address
•We are also not responsible for weather related damage or delays
Once your item ships we are no longer considered in possession of your order and have no control over the shipping process. Due to this we do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. We will gladly assist you with information needed to make a claim.
