I was offered the possibility of having a bank account on this bank (https://exlprivatebank.com/). I have checked in the offices in london, singapore and hong kong and have not found any banking license.
Anyone for some more information?

It's a scam.

They are not listed with the regulators in London, and do not appear on the list of tenants at their claimed office location.
