The owners of the domain bestinsured.com like to use forum spamming to promote their business.
Any potential clients of Best Insured (bestinsured.com) should ask themselves whether they really want to do business with a company that has that poor ethics - if they are this dodgy in their advertising methods, how secure are you going to be doing business with them?
