Visa site problem.

I found this site on Tagged, I don't believe the firm advertises this way, Especially when part of the text is just bad. There is a problem somewhere and I don't see what.

I have had a private message regarding this post and asked to remove it. I feel the sender should come here and state his case openly. I am not saying the company is not genuine, but I raise concerns I feel are entirely valid. The company does carry fraud information on their pages and I am sure we fully endorse that approach.
I think that the company should review the quality of the advertising to reflect its professionalism. I refer to the spelling and capitalisation, or lack of it.
I am sure we welcome the feedback from them.

If it is legitimate then they're using tactics one would associate with scammers. This should be brought to their attention regardless if it's genuine or not.

www.ukvisaandimmigration.co.uk are also the subject of a thread on 419eater (http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=212115) where a number of their customers have commented.

An investigation of the domain in early December did show that they were registered with the relevant UK Government department (the OISC).

I would say that it is not a scam of the type that would be dealt with here, but if you are looking for someone to help you with your UK visa application then perhaps you are better off looking elsewhere (based on the customer feedback on Eater).

I did suggest site rep put a post here to defend the company but he declined. Here are the PM's received.

I find the last a bit odd because it was only done 10 days ago. "Former employees" have a habit of no longer being responsible for their actions .
