A search of the Company Registration number for Machinery Solutions Ltd (05562071) on the Companies House website shows that it is a dormant company that is currently under a Proposal to Strike Off, so it looks like the scammers are piggybacking on the companies name.

mr constructions ltd is real, another friend of mine visited them last week
they just have a secondary domain registered last month
they don't hold all the equipment at their location but they are genuine
as far as my friend knows, they are preparing the celebration of 12 years of activity this week
the vat number is not similar to another one, it\s unique and genuine

Shows another recently registered site. Also this time with the registrant details masked through a privacy protection service (hardly the actions of a legitimate business).

A search on the address given on the site (117 Dartford RD, Dartford, DA1 3EN) shows that it belongs to Europcar Group Uk Ltd and is therefore likely not the true address of Worldwide Agri Machinery.

Unfortunately, without some proof of fraud on behalf of this and the other sites named here, there is not enough for us to take action against them. However anyone considering doing business with any of these 'businesses' should consider the facts provided here.

My findings so far:

The domain was only registered on 19/04/2012, yet they claim to be established in 2005. Also the domain is registered with privacy protection to hide the registrant - a legitimate UK company would not do this.

The picture on http://www.solutions-machinery-ltd.com/about.html is of Sir Anthony Paul Bamford the Chairman of JCB and has been stolen from other sites.

They claim to be Solutions Machinery Ltd with a company registration number of 05562071. According to Companies House, that company is a dormant company, which has a proposal to strike off in progress - so they would not be selling products.

The phone number for contact is a London number, yet they claim to be in Birmingham.

This post on a faming forum http://farmingforum.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=69663 lists all the discrepancies with the machines they claim to be selling.

In my opinion anonther fake and I have reported them to their hosts for investigation.
