First Peak (Scrap) Trading Limited at http://www.firstpeak-scrap.co.uk
Is stealing the identity of First Peak Trading Limited (online retail specialists).

First Peak (Scrap) Trading Limited
at http://www.firstpeak-scrap.co.uk
Not registered at Companies House, but their contact page quotes:
Reg. No.06624736

Office / Scrap Yard Address: 215 Meanwood Rd, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS7 2HZ,
Whose website was registered by HOWELL HAMILTON on 26-Feb-2012 for 2 years with gandi.net. The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their address omitted from the WHOIS service.

And here is the victim
First Peak Trading Limited http://www.firstpeaktrading.co.uk/
Companies House listing:
FIRST PEAK TRADING LIMITED
NAB HOUSE 62 SHRIGLEY ROAD
BOLLINGTON
MACCLESFIELD
CHESHIRE
UNITED KINGDOM
SK10 5RD
Company No. 06624736

Which was incorporated in 2008 and filed returns most recently in 2012
And whose website was registered by Jamie Percival of the address above with btconnect in 2008 for 6 years

First Peak (Scrap) Trading give their address as 215 Meanwood Rd, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS7 2HZ,
which suggests that they are confusing themselves with W Ross Metals Ltd
of 272 Meanwood Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS7 2HZ (and can be seen on Streetview)
Whereas where 215 would be, between Oxford Road and Cross Chancellor Street, Streetview shows trees and grass rather than an industrial unit.

Oha man you saved me for some wasted money, i was that close to make a deal with them and some thing just dident seems right, so i googled firstpeak-scrap.co.uk and scam beside and found this site.
At first i contacted a guy from a sell therad somewhere (cant remeber) online named Nelson Tamon [email protected] and in hes mail signature he had www.firstpeak-scrap.co.uk so i went to the site to check hes name which wasent there so i wrote to Mr Richard Mcdonald [email protected] and asked if this guy represent this company and he answered me NO stay away its a fraud!!
Great i thought good that i doubled checked, but then i wrote to Mr Richard Mcdonald that since hes company firstpeak-scrap.co.uk do sells what i was looking for maybe he should give me an offer, 5 min. later im getting my offer and everything seems nice even though the price was actually a bit high!
So i had some question about the product and it seems that the guy dont realy know much about that and there where i googled the company name and scam beside it..
So they are operating very smart with 2 layer of scam if the offer get suspicious about our first guy, we frame him, gain some trust and then bite! ...very clever i must say.

I wrote to the guy Mr Richard Mcdonald [email protected] with link to this site and he obviously denied and say that this thread is for them and not against them and probably many other Christmas stories....

Allright guys stay away they are very good at what they do and once more, Thanks for sharing!
