Gordon Investment Management Company Limited was founded in 1991 by Barry Olliff, the current CIO. The company was formed out of the London-based operations of Olliff & Partners PLC (O&P) that had been founded by Barry in 1987. O&P was an agency stockbroker and corporate finance boutique specialising in the U.K.

+ No company of this name is recorded in the UK’s register of companies here: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//wcfr ... ompanyInfo

+ All financial services companies operating in the UK must be authorised by the Financial Services Agency (FSA). The FSA has no authorised company of this name: http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmSearchForm.do

+ The company gives a false physical address: 1882 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AL
UK does not exist. Moorfields EC2Y 9AL has only 1 to 45 numbered addresses.

+ The contact telephone numbers provided +44 (0) 770 005 235 – 8 are premium rate mobile international re-direct numbers meaning that the company could be anywhere in the world and would-be callers must pay premium rate.

+ As a result the company is only contactible by email [email protected]

+ The company is supposed to be based in London but the registrant is in South Africa and the nameservers are in Zambia.

The website has been reported as fraudulent and is listed in Artists Against 419's database of fraudulent websites. The database entry can be seen here: http://db.aa419.org/fakebanksview.php?key=73411

However registrar Namecheap.com is not interested in their responsibilities under their ICANN agreement.
While the domain name does have Namecheap.com as the registrar, we do not have the ability to oversee what data are being transmitted through its site. We do not own the domain name mentioned in your complaint, we are simply the registrar that the registrant purchased the domain name from.
The issue would need to be addressed through the hosting provider to see if any of their terms of service have been violated, and would need to be addressed with the domain registrant as they should be the individual that would control what particular content is being exchanged. We have no way to police these issues as we do not control the hosting company in this instance.

I don’t know what gigc’s game is, but be warned!
