Thus making sure your money is long gone before your tractor does not arrive! How to order from Kleyn Trucks?
We offer three remote ordering methods:
Choose the equipment you want to buy and fill in the reservation form with the necessary information.
We receive your reservation and start the transaction. We provide an Invoice and a Sale Contract (in the Sale Contract we guarantee the condition of the equipment). You will receive the Invoice and Sale Contract by email or fax.
You receive the Invoice and the Sale Contract. You will print both and keep the Invoice. The Sale Contract must be signed and sent back to us by email or fax.
After we receive the signed Sale Contract, we make the necessary preparations of the equipment and documents for delivery and we contact you with the payment information.
You will make 30% of the total value of the equipment (you have to send the payment confirmation by email or fax) and we will start the delivery. The equipment will arrive in 5-7 working days after the payment is confirmed.

We offer three remote ordering methods:
You contact one of our salespeople by telephone or via Skype.
You send us an e-mail containing the details of your order.
You order directly via our website.
Ordering via the website
Ordering via our website is quick and easy. The order process consists of five steps, and your order does not become final until we receive your down payment. Until then, you can change everything at your own discretion.
Step 1 : Select your vehicle
Click ‘Order’ next to the vehicle you want. The order details for the selected vehicle will then appear. Click ‘Next step’.
Step 2 : Select the shipping method
You can choose between collecting the vehicle from Kleyn Trucks yourself or having us ship it to a location anywhere in the world. Road transport is used to deliver orders to European destinations. In the case of more remote destinations, we transport your order to a Dutch or Belgian seaport. From there, your vehicle is shipped to your selected country of destination.
Step 3 : Enter your contact details
You can enter your invoice address and delivery address for the order here. You must also enter your telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you in order to finalise your order.
Step 4 : Down payment
If your details are correct, click ‘Down payment’. You pay the required amount via a secure Internet connection. After making the down payment, you automatically return to your order.
Step 5 : Order completed
Your order is completed after a successful down payment has been made. All the order information is displayed on the page. You also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The ordered vehicle will be reserved for you. One of our employees will contact you as soon as possible in order to complete order processing.
