Trading expertise you can trust
In its 90-year history, European Trucks has worked hard to build a relationship of trust with its customers. The large number of repeat customers demonstrates the success of this approach. We take all complaints seriously. If major unreported faults are discovered, we will refund (part of) the repair costs.

How to order from Thomas Trucks?

We offer three remote ordering methods:

Choose the equipment you want to buy and fill in the reservation form with the necessary information.
We receive your reservation and start the transaction. We provide an Invoice and a Sale Contract (in the Sale Contract we guarantee the condition of the equipment). You will receive the Invoice and Sale Contract by email or fax.
You receive the Invoice and the Sale Contract. You will print both and keep the Invoice. The Sale Contract must be signed and sent back to us by email or fax.
After we receive the signed Sale Contract, we make the necessary preparations of the equipment and documents for delivery and we contact you with the payment information.
You will make 30% of the total value of the equipment (you have to send the payment confirmation by email or fax) and we will start the delivery. The equipment will arrive in 5-7 working days after the payment is confirmed.
