BUYER/SELLER SERVICES
TITLE TRANSFER SERVICE

Cargo Autoshippers offers a transfer service for the transfer of the vehicles title from the seller to the buyer. The main advantage of this service for the seller is that the buyer does not have possession of the title prior to the seller receiving the payment for the vehicle. The main advantage of this service for the buyer is that the buyer can verify that the seller's title for the vehicle is on hand with an independent party, Cargo Autoshippers, prior to releasing the payment for the vehicle to the seller.

Below is an outline of the Cargo Autoshippers title transfer process:

1. The buyer and seller agree to use the Cargo Autoshippers transfer service for title transfer.
2. The seller sends the vehicles title signed over to the buyer to Cargo Autoshippers. The title should arrive at Cargo Autoshippers along with the vehicle.
3. Once the seller received payment for the vehicle, the seller is required to contact Cargo Autoshippers within 24 hours to authorize the release of the title to the buyer.
4. Cargo Autoshippers gives the title to the buyer and takes care of the paperwork that needs to be done for registration etc.

PAYMENT TRANSFER SERVICE

In response to numerous customer requests, Cargo Autoshippers now offers an optional independent third party transfer service. The majority of our shipping customers are purchasing or selling a vehicle and are looking for a means to transfer the payment for the vehicle from the buyer to the seller. The main advantage of this service for the buyer is that the seller does not have possession of both the vehicle and the buyers funds at the same time. The main advantage of this service for the seller is that the seller can verify that the buyers payment for the vehicle is on hand with an independent party, Cargo Autoshippers, prior to releasing the vehicle to the shipper.

Below is an outline of the Cargo Autoshippers payment transfer process:

1. The buyer and seller agree to use the Cargo Autoshippers transfer service for payment transfer.
2. The buyer sends a deposit by wire transfer to Cargo Autoshippers in order to begin the shipping procedures and take the vehicle of the market. The funds should arrive at Cargo Autoshippers within 2 business days. Please contact us for payment terms and details needed.
3. Upon receipt of the funds, Cargo Autoshippers notifies the seller that the funds are on hand with Cargo Autoshippers.
4. Once the shipper receives the vehicle, the seller is required to contact the buyer to let him/her know the vehicle has been picked up by the shipper.
5. The buyer is then required to contact Cargo Autoshippers within 24 hours of receiving notification from the seller that the vehicle has been picked up by the shipper. The buyer can do that by using the shipment tracking number provided by Cargo Autoshippers on the tracking page on our website. Cargo Autoshippers will only release the funds to the seller upon notification by the buyer after the standard 5 days inspection period (not the seller). Cargo Autoshippers is responsible for verifying the pick up and delivery of the vehicle.
6. After the buyer has inspected the vehicle and agreed to buy it, Cargo Autoshippers sends the funds to the seller and takes care for the buyer of the paperwork that needs to be done for registration etc.

Cargo Autoshippers TRANSFER SERVICE FEE
The charge for the Cargo Autoshippers transfer service is included in the shipping fees.

Cargo Autoshippers DETAILS

Cargo Autoshippers transfer service is like an escrow service. Cargo Autoshippers is guarantying the validity of the funds or title we receive from the buyer or seller in any way. Cargo Autoshippers is simply providing an independent third party transfer service, which means we assist with the transfer of funds between the buyer and the seller. Receipt of agreement by Cargo Autoshippers from either the buyer or seller for the payment and/or title transfer service, confirms that both the buyer and seller agree to use these services and that both the buyer and seller concur with the terms and conditions of these services.

If you didn't know you were dealing with a scammer, when you get offered one of these fake 'escrow' sites, then there's no doubt you're being scammed.

The scammers must find that their scam adverts are losing credibility and they're selling these sites to fellow criminals to raise revenue if they can be convinced they work. Few parts of the world are even aware of what an escrow company does, so this idea is predominantly a way for one set of scammers to scam another group.

If buyers insist on seeing the vehicle they're purchasing before paying out any money, it's much harder to get scammed, and both these scammer groups are wasting their effort and money. They can be left happily scamming each other and littering the internet with scam websites.

Most people will (should) check out an escrow company, not that there's any need to use one if you've gone to check out the vehicle before paying. It's only a good idea if you're a scammer, and it's never a good idea to use services set up and recommended by scammers.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
