i think this website is a fake, 2 months ago i payed for things i never received, then i sent emails that never have been answered. does anyone knows what i can do ? thank you
I would say that the website and company are both legitimate and that you have just been unlucky.
The website is over 10 years old and a quick "Google" of "ECCLECSTACY ARTS" suggests that there is also a UTube video, eBay store and telephone numbers.

The contact email address is [email protected] appears to be OK - that doesn't mean there is someone at the other end picking them up!
