Well it certainly looks like a scamsite - but they have put a lot of effort into confusing themselves with legitimate companies.

Unfortunately I was fooled by the company or someone who stole their identities. I paid for the tractor € 4,000 advance and never received the goods. I live in Serbia so I do not have the ability to run the lawsuit because the cost to our requirements very large. But of course I worked one year and all proceeds from money given cheater

Dear Sirs,
coming to you in the hope you can help.
I tried to buy a tractor from the company Ichi
Ban Sales Ltd located in England. We have signed a purchase contract
outlining the terms of payment agreement can be found in the attachment.
The contract we signed electronically at the request of the seller and as such we consider it valid.
After signing on both sides I paid 50% advance payment ( 4000 EUR ) under the contract and based on the estimate that was sent to me.
Then the vendor reported the alleged problem.
Seller contacted me and asked me quote him:

" We have encountered a problem with the authorities involving the export
process.

After handing all legal papers and presenting you advance payment
confirmation to obtain all certificates ad export documentation from the
Chamber of Commerce they have halted the transaction until full payment
confirmation.

This is not our fault , new rules regarding export of machinery due to
high unpaid or unreported exported equipment.

Since this is our first transaction they need to see full payment
confirmation before releasing needed documentation.

Please understand the situation and advise us when you are ready to
make the payment of the remaining amount so we can forward you our bank
details assigned by the authorities for remaining payment confirmation.

Waiting you reply so we can send you correct bank details for remaining
payment "

There is any further co-operation between us stopped.
since we signed the contract that says that after my payment of 50% must
supply tractor I did not want to do anything that different than what we
agreed and signed.
I have a copy of Swift as proof that I paid can be found in the attachment.
General'm worried that I will not get the equipment that I paid, I contacted Serbian embassy in London and spoke to Mr. Sasa Uzelac, who referred me to the site http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk and said that the only relevant vulnerable resource that can give me information on the above-mentioned company. I paid and got the information that you also send the attachment to be able to consider.
I also reported the entire case on the website http://www.actionfraud.police.uk From them I received National Crime Reference Number: NFRC130900373436 and password, where can I get information about the status of my case.


Please give me advice what should I do to recover my money or get the equipment that I paid under the contract that we signed. Is it possible that there is no solution and that the citizens of other countries so powerless in front of your laws.
I received advice that any suit I have to hire a lawyer in Britain as the conditions in Serbia are very expensive. I really feel helpless and I hope you can help me.
