This is such a poorly produced fraudulent site it's barely worth me looking into it too deeply. This is bizarre.

BP Plant & Machinery
Is one of the leading heavy equipment dealer in United Kingdom.

(To continue my English grammar tutorial for scammers - dealer isn't a collective noun and when you refer to one of a specified noun, clearly the noun should be in the plural form). I'm not pointing out all the errors as it helps to identify the frauds if they keep making the same mistakes, and it makes it easier to identify who is producing them.

They can't even get their own name right and clearly no Irish person clearly had anything to do with it.

The scam is directed at victims on the mainland of Europe and I hope this warning will be enough to prevent them losing money to these criminals.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
