1. If a deal is reached, JB Equipment will issue a proforma invoice.
2. JB Equipment will ship the purchased goods and provide evidence of shipment
3. The customer must pay the balance at least 5 business days prior to arrival of equipment
4. JB Equipment will dispatch necessary documents (bill of lading, etc.) by certified courier

Payments can be made by bank transfer or irrevocable L/C* at sight (letter of credit). JB Equipment only accepts payments by L/C for purchases over 50,000 EURO. Personal checks and credit cards are not accepted.

*We cannot accept letter of credit from certain countries.

Order Cancellation Information - JB Equipment does not accept any order cancellations. In the event of an absolutely necessary cancellation, JB Equipment reserves the right to sieze part or all of the customers deposit to cover loses or re-stocking expenses. If a customer cancels before a deposit is made, JB Equipment may require a cancellation fee.
