JOB ACTIVITIES
We came into the US market several years ago and now have extensive database of customers, who all expect high-quality service and support. To get the loyalty of the customers we must provide the best service possible. We often get orders for express manufacturing of equipment parts. The duty of the Operations Clerk is to place that order and coordinate and control the purchase of the materials for that, if needed.

Qualifications


* High school diploma or GED;
* Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with internal customers, vendors and management;
* Solid analytical and problem solving skills;
* Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work;
* Good computer skills;
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Must have MS Excel basic skills
* PC Experience
* Proficient in data entry
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Trustworthy and able to keep documents confidential.
