All UK incorporated companies (those styling themselves Ltd/Limited) have to be registered at Companies House.

Under UK and EU law they must also quote their company registration number, VAT number and registered office address on their website. They must also quote their full and registered company name.

Jarsan Plant Sales Ltd doesn't exist and is a very good reason why no one can take seriously any legal threat from them, and why you'll never get anything you order.

A fun thing I like to do is find where the real tractors are located. Would you expect to see them advertised for sale in the USA ?

I'll say more. This site claims to have been established in 2004 in the United Kingdom. The domain was registered less than a month ago, for only one year, using a privacy protection service in China. No business having been operating for ten years would register its website for only one year.

The IP address is 91.208.16.242. That's in Russia. The nameservers are ns1.jarsan-machinery.com and ns2.jarsan-machinery.com, both of which are also 91.208.16.242. That is inept network setup. A company as big as they claim to be could surely find someone to set up the domain right! (Some scammers are quite smart with the Internet; these aren't.)

I found this post about jarsan company, i have a bad experience with them not so far , early of this year . Now I have big healts problems cause i pay for a zetor proxima 75 tractor and i lost my money so I want ask if is any other who pay to this one for any machine. Police from our country work on it and locate the scammer but they need more evidence. Since i contact almost every week this fake seller he answer me with the same e-mails and the same way of work. It's a complete disgrace that the UK is allowing itself to become the fraud capital of the world. The effect will be to make buyers less confident of buying from genuine UK companies which isn't good for the economy.

UK banking procedures and regulation have become negligently lax and fraud is now so out of control the police and authorities haven't a hope of controlling it, let alone prosecuting those involved.

Fraud has reached such a level that I would recommend people not to use websites offering goods for sale in the UK. One vehicle website I look at daily now has so many fraudulent adverts added daily it would be reckless for anyone to use it to buy a car. Certainly no one must ever pay for any vehicle before they've seen it, and I think fraudsters use the UK because they believe that people trust the UK as a place to buy things. By allowing fraud to escalate out of control, the UK authorities are allowing any reputation the UK had to be destroyed, and that's a great shame.

European fraud gangs can pretend to be located anywhere in the world and they believe that people trust the UK but this stolen money could be passed to anywhere in the world. If the banks took efforts to control the UK bank accounts used in fraud there might be some hope of suppressing it, but I'm not optimistic that this is going to happen.
