there is a particular website which I am considering subscribing to for a fee. But firstly I want to find out if it is a fraud.
The webiste is called: UKRAINIAN BIOFUEL PORTAL

Can you verify whether this is a legitimate site or not?

The site has been around for 6 years, so it is probably legitimate. However, as it appears to just be a directory listing other sites and sellers, care would need to be taken with whoever your are introduced to on there as it is almost certain there will be fake sites and fraudulent listings.
